*SNAPSHOT:* Total Cases in ASEAN crossed the 23,000 mark with slightly more than 1,000 New Cases reported today.
Singapore reported the highest number of New Cases in the region (447) for the second day in a row, clearly signalling that the dormitory cluster has yet to subside and more infections can be expected there.
New Cases in Indonesia have gone up a little to 380 (297 yesterday) while the Philippines eased to 207 New Cases today.
Malaysia's New Cases have risen to 110 (85 yesterday) with more aggressive testing in the country.
In a subdued Songkran atmosphere, Thailand's New Cases continues to drop while all other ASEAN member states have stabilised for the time being.
Total Deaths have crossed the 1,000 mark with New Deaths in Indonesia (27) climbing again.
New Deaths in the Philippines and Malaysia hover around the same figures as yesterday.
Total Recoveries now stands at 6,375 or 27% of all COVID-19 cases reported in the region.
